How long do these cubes stay cold?

They typically stay cold for 2–4 hours depending on temperature and usage environment. Closed containers retain cooling longer than open air.

How long do they take to freeze?

Around 45–60 minutes in a standard freezer. Smaller packs freeze faster.

Can I use them inside any bottle?

Yes. They work especially well with wide-mouth bottles, insulated bottles, lunch boxes, and coolers.

Do they water down drinks?

No. Unlike regular ice, they don't melt or dilute flavours.

Are they meant only for bottles?

No. You can use them with drinks, food storage, tiffins, first-aid cold compression, or travel cooling.

Safety & Cleaning

How do I go about cleaning them without doing any damage?

Recommended Cleaning Method

1. Hand wash only using warm (not hot) water

2. Add a small amount of mild dish soap

3. Gently wipe with a soft sponge or cloth

4. Rinse thoroughly to remove any soap residue and place back in Myfreezemate mesh bag.

Can MyFreezeMate touch food directly?

Yes, it can be placed directly next to sealed food containers, drink cans, and packaging. For loose food, we recommend keeping it in a container or bag for hygiene.

Can I put MyFreezeMate in the dishwasher?

No. Dishwashers use high heat and harsh detergents which can damage the outer shell and seals.Hand wash onlyis recommended.

Is it safe for kids’ lunchboxes?

Yes. MyFreezeMate is designed to besafe for school lunchboxes, provided it’s cleaned regularly and used as intended.

Can I microwave or heat MyFreezeMate?

No. MyFreezeMate shouldnever be microwaved, heated, or placed near open flames.
